DEPOSITS

 

When booking your appointment, a credit card will be required by all guests to secure appointments. You will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total balance that is due the day of your appointment in CASH. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 

 

LATE POLICY

 

A late fee of $20 will be added to your balance if 10 minutes late. Please be respectful of my time and other clients with scheduled appointments. If 15 minutes late with no prior notice, your appointment will be CANCELLED. You may schedule a new appointment, but you will need to place another deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

48hrs notice is needed for cancellation. Same day cancellation, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price. You may schedule a new appointment, but you will need to place another deposit.  No call no show, your card on file will be charged 100% of service price. Future appointments may need to be prepaid at the discretion of FLAWLESS BY LOLA LLC. By making appointments with FLAWLESS BY LOLA LLC, you are agreeing to these terms. A credit card will be required by all guests to secure appointments; by agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize FLAWLESS BY LOLA LLC to charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy. Appointments confirmation and reminders will be sent out prior to your appointments.

$110- 45mins to 1hr! Soft eye-shadow, soft eyeliner, Mink lashes, flawless foundation, highlight, bronzer and lipgloss/lipstick color of your choice. If you choose not to get any lashes or bring your own, the price will remain the same. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE! To Add Bottom Lashes $10. Bold Glam

$120- 60 minutes! This "Bold" look includes eyebrow arch and fill-in, bold and vibrant eyeshadow colors, bold eyeliner, Mink lashes, flawless foundation, highlight and contour, blush and a lipgloss or lipstick of your choice. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE! To add bottom lashes $10. Cash only for remaining balance.

 

Glamour Glam

$130- 1hr 30mins! This "Glamour" look includes eyebrow arch and fill-in, your choice of glitter, cut crease & 2-4 eyeshadow colors, bold eyeliner, Mink lashes, flawless foundation, highlight and contour, blush, illuminating glow and lipgloss/lipstick of your choice. If you choose not to get any lashes the price will remain the same. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE. To add bottom lashes $10. Cash Only for remaining balance.

Microblading & Microshading Services:

Please Read!!!

While Microblading is great for most clients, there are some who are ineligible for Microblading:

 

-Those prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation. Unfortunately, since microblading punctures the skin as we add pigment, we

cannot work with clients with these conditions.

-Clients who are taking anticoagulant medications will require a doctor's note and will need to cease the anticoagulant medication atleast 10 days prior to the procedure and up to a 2 weeks post the procedure for optimal results.

-If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis it is our policy not to work with these conditions.

-If you have any facial dermal fillers in the area, depending on the timing, we recommend to get microblading done first. Check with your doctor first

-Patients undergoing chemotherapy. You will need a doctor's note in order to get microblading.

-If you have any kind of skin condition on or near your eyebrows. This includes: Eczema, shingles, rashes or anything near the eyebrows.

-No Childrean under 18 yrs of age. Pigment Ingredients: Sterile Aqua, Rosin, Glycerin, Witch Hazel, Isopropyl Alcohol and Benzl Alcohol. It is gamma-ray sterilized, vegan and cruelty free. Inorganic plant toner, natural emulsifier, gelatin water, thickener, medical distilled water. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE.

Microblading 3D Brows: $450 (2hrs) Semi permanent hair stroke brow tattoo for the lady on the go that wants flawless brows and never has to fill them in again. The technique of implanting pigment while creating fine incisions in the skin. Your first session is creating the foundation & shape of the brow. The best kept secret in beauty!!! Prior to appt client needs to get brows waxed or threaded 2 days before appt. Last 1-2 yrs.

 

Combination Brows: $600 (2hrs) Microshading is done using a electric hand tool with a round needle. This technique creates a soft powder effect which resembles eyebrow pencil or powder which gives you a "Makeup Look". Last 1-3 years depending on lifestyle. Procedure takes about 2hrs. Numbing cream applied. Pain level 1-3 on a scale of 1-10. No down time! INSTANT RESULTS!

 

Ombre Microshading Brows: $500 (2hrs)Ombre Microblading is shading that is lighter at the front and darker towards the tail.  Microblading and and shading combo brows which gives client a fuller makeup look brows.  Last 1-3 years depending on lifestyle. Procedure takes about 2hrs. Numbing cream applied. Pain level 1-3 on a scale of 1-10. No down time! INSTANT RESULTS!

Bridal Trial

$120 60 minutes and up- The bridal trail includes a full face makeup application that will provide you with an idea as to how you will look on your wedding day. I suggest that you schedule your trail when you are going out or taking engagement pictures.

 

Bridal makeup In Studio

$150 and up 1hr 30minutes- This service is for in studio only!! ($50 Deposit required to secure your date and remaining balance due the day of in cash)

If you want me to come to your location, it has to be 5 or more people getting makeup service in order for me to travel to you. You may check out my bridal packages. Its $1 per mile additional outside of Pittsburgh if less than 2hrs drive. If more than #hrs drive clients is responsible for my flight and transportation to venue. Bridal Day Rate Package

$1400 for 8 hrs+ (Full day) $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Includes Full Makeup services up to 10 people and bride's and bridesmaids touch ups. Client is responsible for hotel parking fees. Traveling fee in Pittsburgh is $50!!! Outside of Pittsburgh or out of state travel fee for up to an 1hr drive is $150 if up to 2hrs drive the travel fee is $250. Out of state clients may also fly me in if its more than 3hrs away from me. Remaining balance due in cash. Bridal Half Day Rate

$800 and up to 5 hrs+ (Half day) A $100 non-refundable deposit required. Includes Full Makeup Application services up to 5 people including bridesmaids. Bride touch up and mini bridesmaids touch up before ceremony is included. Traveling fee is $50 in Pittsburgh only. Outside of Pittsburgh or out of state travel fee for up to an 1hr drive is $150 if up to 2hrs drive the travel fee is $250. Out of state clients may also fly me in if its more than 3hrs away from me. Remaining balance due in cash.
